International cooperation at RSU ST is built on direct agreements with foreign partners, as well as individual contracts for the training of international students.

To foster collaboration in science, education—particularly the training of students with special educational needs (people with disabilities and those with limited physical abilities)—and in cultural and educational activities, the university has signed agreements with foreign educational, research, and public institutions and organisations.

RSU SotsTech is actively developing the “Two Diplomas” international dual degree programme in partnership with Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC, Republic of Azerbaijan). The university carries out faculty and student exchanges with partner institutions in Azerbaijan, France, Slovakia, Ecuador and other countries, and works on the alignment of curricula and courses.
