Accommodation of international students in a dormitory

Documents for accommodation in the dormitory. Dormitory (office 110, building 2)

• Passport
  
• Notarized translation of the passport
  
• Contract of rental of a residential premises in the student dormitory of RSU SotsTech (issued by the head of the dormitory)
  
• Check for payment of accommodation in the dormitory of RSU SotsTech

To present the results of medical tests and to undergo the procedure of attachment to a medical organization (polyclinic)

• A voluntary medical insurance policy (VMI), issued prior to entry into the territory of the Russian Federation, valid for at least 1 year
• Vaccination certificate / Prof. card vaccinations with indication of all vaccinations
• Medical certificate of infectious diseases (including HIV infection, RW, syphilis, hepatitis A, B, C)
• Result of fluorographic examination
• Certificate of vaccination against measles, diphtheria, tetanus

To apply for temporary registration and military registration at the place of residence

1. Passport;
2. Notarized translation of the passport;
3. Migration card;
4. Copy of the contract of lease of the living space in the student dormitory of RSU SotsTech (for the first-year students);
5. Documents confirming the passing of the procedures of fingerprinting and medical examination.

All documents in a foreign language must be translated into Russian and notarized.
Minors students are accommodated with a legal representative (parent). In the event that the interests of a minor are represented by a relative, a notarized power of attorney from parents to the accompanying relative, granting the right to fill out the document, is required.
