АННОТАЦИЯ:
Ценностные ориентации личности определяют ее отношения с окружающим миром, регулируют социальное поведение (мотивы и интересы) и формируют индивидуальный «смысл жизни». Статья написана по результатам социологического опроса участников волонтерского инклюзивного движения в Свердловской области (п=228). Ведущей ценностной ориентацией волонтеров инклюзии является ориентация на самопознание, что отражает специфику возрастного состава, так как участниками инклюзивного добровольчества, как правило, является учащаяся молодежь в возрасте от 14 до 20 лет. Инклюзивное волонтерство является средством к самопознанию и осмыслению места и роли в системе как межличностных, так и общественных отношений. Приобщение к культуре инклюзии является важным фактором воспитания толерантного отношения к себе и к другим, в том числе отличающимся, имеющим те либо иные «отклонения» или «нарушения» в физическом, психическом, ментальном плане. Для участников волонтерского инклюзивного движения принципиально важным является вопрос о том, насколько добровольчество соответствует целям их личностного самопознания, развитию представлений о ценности собственного «я» в ключе гуманизации общественных отношений. Указанная ориентация отражает изучение собственных интеллектуальных особенностей и возможностей, осмысление способностей совершать осознанный выбор, строить свой жизненный путь, координировать индивидуальное поведение в системе общественных отношений с окружающими людьми.

The value orientations of the individual determine its relationship with the outside world, regulate social behavior (motives and interests) and form the individual “meaning of life”. The article was written based on the results of a sociological survey of participants in the volunteer inclusive movement in the Sverdlovsk region (n=228). The leading value orientation of inclusion volunteers is a focus on self-knowledge, which reflects the specifics of the age composition, since participants in inclusive volunteering, as a rule, are young students aged 14 to 20 years. Inclusive volunteering is a means to self-knowledge and understanding of the place and role in the system of both interpersonal and social relations. Introduction to the culture of inclusion is an important factor in cultivating a tolerant attitude towards oneself and towards others, including those who are different, who have certain “deviations” or “violations” in the physical, mental, mental plane. For participants in the volunteer inclusive movement, the question of how volunteering corresponds to the goals of their personal self-knowledge, the development of ideas about the value of their own “I” in the key of humanizing social relations is of fundamental importance. This orientation reflects the study of one’s own intellectual characteristics and capabilities, understanding the ability to make a conscious choice, build one’s life path, and coordinate individual behavior in the system of social relations with people around.
