Аннотация
Интегрированные системы управления данными (ИСУД) в настоящее время широко используются на предприятиях различных отраслей промышленности с целью повышения операционной эффективности бизнес-процессов. Однако влияние таких систем на ключевые показатели деятельности промышленных предприятий изучено недостаточно. Цель данного исследования заключалась в количественной оценке воздействия внедрения ИСУД на показатели операционной эффективности на примере двух российских предприятий нефтехимической и металлургической отраслей. В исследовании были проанализированы статистические данные о выручке, издержках и прибыли предприятий за 5 лет до и после внедрения ИСУД. Для оценки влияния внедрения были использованы методы сравнительного анализа и регрессионного моделирования. Результаты исследования показали, что внедрение ИСУД позволило увеличить среднегодовую выручку предприятий на 12,4% и снизить издержки на 7,8%, что в итоге привело к росту чистой прибыли в среднем на 25,6%. Таким образом, можно сделать вывод о значительном положительном влиянии использования ИСУД на ключевые показатели операционной эффективности в промышленных компаниях.

Abstract
Integrated data management systems (ISMS) are currently widely used in enterprises of various industries in order to improve the operational efficiency of business processes. However, the impact of such systems on key performance indicators of industrial enterprises has not been sufficiently studied. The purpose of this study was to quantify the impact of the introduction of ISMS on operational efficiency indicators using the example of two Russian enterprises in the petrochemical and metallurgical industries. The study analyzed statistical data on revenue, costs and profits of enterprises for 5 years before and after the introduction of ISMS. Comparative analysis and regression modeling methods were used to assess the impact of the implementation. The results of the study showed that the introduction of ISMS allowed to increase the average annual revenue of enterprises by 12.4% and reduce costs by 7.8%, which eventually led to an increase in net profit by an average of 25.6%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of ISMS has a significant positive impact on key indicators of operational efficiency in industrial companies.
