Аннотация
Современная цифровая экономика и глобальный бизнес характеризуются растущей ролью интеллектуальной собственности. Цель данной работы заключалась в анализе текущего состояния вопросов интеллектуальной собственности в условиях цифровизации международной экономики и выработке рекомендаций по их дальнейшему развитию. Материалами исследования послужили официальные данные Всемирной организации интеллектуальной собственности, Европейского патентного ведомства и других международных организаций. Был проведен анализ статистических показателей по патентной и авторско-правовой деятельности за период 2010-2022 годов. Кроме того, был изучен законодательный опыт стран мира в сфере защиты интеллектуальных прав в цифровой среде. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о значительном росте объемов инновационной деятельности, защита которой осуществляется посредством фиксации интеллектуальных прав на неё. Об этом говорит и актуальная статистика – так, за последние 10 лет количество поданных патентных заявок в мире выросло на 45%. Однако все большее распространение цифровых технологий ставит перед законодателями ряд новых вызовов в области защиты авторского и смежных с ним прав.

Abstract
The modern digital economy and global business are characterized by the growing role of intellectual property. The purpose of this work was to analyze the current state of intellectual property issues in the context of the digitalization of the international economy and to develop recommendations for their further development. The research materials were the official data of the World Intellectual Property Organization, the European Patent Office and other international organizations. The analysis of statistical indicators on patent and copyright activities for the period from 2010-2022 was carried out. In addition, the legislative experience of the countries of the world in the field of intellectual property rights protection in the digital environment was studied. The results of the study indicate a significant increase in the volume of innovative activity, which is protected by intellectual property rights. Thus, the number of patent applications filed in the world has increased by 45% over the past 10 years. However, the increasing spread of digital technologies poses a number of new challenges to legislators in the field of copyright and related rights protection.
