Аннотация
В статье рассматривается экономика производства медных слаботочных кабелей с точки зрения стоимости материалов. Данное исследование является отправной точкой для более глубокого изучения экономики кабельного производства в Российской Федерации. В первой статье из предстоящего цикла необходимо изучить общую информацию производства медных кабелей, определить уровень материалоемкости производства, а также факторов, влияющих на общеэкономические показатели деятельности предприятия. Для целей изучения данной предметной области в качестве объекта исследования выбрано производственное предприятие ООО «Каплекс», расположенное в г. Дубна, Московской области, осуществляющее выпуск кабельно-проводниковой продукции. Информация, примененная в рамках настоящей статьи, является результатом научно-исследовательской и практической деятельности автора статьи и его коллег. Введение посвящено обзору литературы, в которой будут рассмотрены основные теоретические и практические аспекты экономики кабельного производства. В разделе «Материалы и методы исследования» будет описана методология исследования, а также подходы, используемые для анализа данных и получения результатов. Раздел «Результаты и обсуждение» будет посвящен анализу полученных данных и выявлению основных тенденций и проблем развития кабельной промышленности. В заключительном разделе будут рассмотрены выводы по итогам исследования и предложены рекомендации по повышению эффективности экономической деятельности кабельных предприятий.

Economic aspects of calculating the material consumption of cable production

Abstract
The article discusses the economics of the production of low-current copper cables from the point of view of the cost of materials. This study is a starting point for a deeper study of the economics of cable production in the Russian Federation. In the first article from the upcoming cycle, it is necessary to study the general information of the production of copper cables, determine the level of material consumption of production, as well as factors affecting the overall economic performance of the enterprise. For the purposes of studying this subject area, the production enterprise LLC «Kaplex», located in Dubna, Moscow region, producing cable and wire products, was chosen as the object of research. The information used in this article is the result of the research and practical activities of the author of the article and his colleagues. The introduction is devoted to a review of the literature, which will consider the main theoretical and practical aspects of the economics of cable production. The Methods section will describe the research methodology, as well as the approaches used to analyze data and obtain results. The Results section will be devoted to analyzing the data obtained and identifying the main trends and problems in the development of the cable industry. In the final section «Discussion», the conclusions of the study will be considered and recommendations for improving the efficiency of economic activity of cable enterprises will be proposed.
