Аннотация
В данной работе рассматриваются экономические структуры, связанные с имплементацией коммерческих лицензий систем обеспечения документооборота (СОД) в строительных проектах. Авторы анализируют сложившиеся практики использования СОД на различных этапах реализации строительных проектов, выделяя ключевые аспекты, влияющие на экономическую эффективность и операционную производительность. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам лицензирования программного обеспечения, в том числе анализу затрат и выгод от внедрения лицензированных СОД в контексте управления проектами. Исследование подчеркивает значимость правильного выбора и адаптации СОД для повышения конкурентоспособности строительных компаний и оптимизации управления проектами. Результаты работы представляют интерес для специалистов в области строительства, экономики и управления проектами, а также для разработчиков программного обеспечения, стремящихся улучшить свои продукты для нужд строительной отрасли. Целью статьи является определение наиболее эффективного варианта размещения программных продуктов для организации среды общих данных строительного проекта. Также в статье рассматриваются требования к лицензированию систем обработки данных – СОД – и даётся обоснование наиболее правильной модели лицензирования. Авторы изучают представленные на рынке варианты и делают выводы о плюсах и минусах каждого из них. В заключении представлены выводы, которые будут полезны при выборе продукта для организации СОД.

Abstract
This paper examines the economic structures associated with the implementation of commercial licenses for document management systems (ODS) in construction projects. The authors analyze the established practices of using ODS at various stages of construction projects, highlighting key aspects that affect economic efficiency and operational productivity. Particular attention is paid to software licensing issues, including cost-benefit analysis of the implementation of licensed ODS in the context of project management. The study highlights the importance of choosing and adapting ODS correctly to increase the competitiveness of construction companies and optimize project management. The results of the work are of interest to specialists in the field of construction, economics and project management, as well as to software developers seeking to improve their products for the needs of the construction industry. The purpose of the article is to determine the most effective option for the placement of software products for the organization of the general data environment of a construction project. The article also discusses the licensing requirements for data processing systems – SOD – and provides a justification for the most correct licensing model. The authors study the options presented on the market and draw conclusions about the pros and cons of each of them. In conclusion, the conclusions that will be useful when choosing a product for the organization of SOD are presented.
