Аннотация
Экономическую безопасность предприятия характеризуют как состояние, при котором одновременно гарантируются следующие условия: обеспечивается минимальная финансово-экономическая эффективность, а также защищеннность от внешних и внутренних рисков и угроз, имеется доступ предприятия к ресурсам и рынкам, созданы предпосылки для хотя бы простого воссоздания финансово-экономического состояния и развития предприятия. При этом к ключевым условиям обеспечения экономической безопасности относятся наличие устойчивой к угрозам собственной финансовой системы, которая способна обеспечивать реализацию финансовых интересов, миссии и задач; сбалансированность и комплексность финансовых инструментов, используемых на предприятии; согласование финансово-экономических интересов предприятия с интересами других субъектов его финансовых отношений; постоянное развитие финансово-экономических отношений предприятия. Исходя из этих основополагающих основ системы экономической безопасности предприятия сделан вывод, что существует устойчивая связь между улучшением финансовых результатов предприятия и усилением его экономической безопасности, что главным образом проявляется в улучшении финансовых возможностей субъекта хозяйствования относительно финансирования мероприятий по его экономической безопасности по всем ее составляющим: финансовой, интеллектуально-кадровой, технико-технологической, институционально-правовой, маркетинговой, логистической, информационной, силовой и т. п. Следовательно, обоснование современного эффективного инструментария улучшения финансовых результатов предприятия — актуальная задача, решение которой позволяет сформировать более качественную систему управления параметрами экономической безопасности предприятия.

Structuring the economic security of an enterprise in conditions of increasing break-even

Abstract The economic security of an enterprise is characterized as a condition in which the following conditions are simultaneously guaranteed: minimal financial and economic efficiency is ensured, the enterprise is protected from external and internal risks and threats, the enterprise has access to resources and markets, prerequisites are created for at least a simple reconstruction of the financial and economic state and development of the enterprise. At the same time, the key conditions for ensuring economic security include the presence of a threat-resistant own financial system that is able to ensure the realization of financial interests, mission and objectives, balance and complexity of financial instruments used in the enterprise, coordination of financial and economic interests of the enterprise with the interests of other subjects of its financial relations, the constant development of financial and economic relations of the enterprise. Proceeding from these fundamental foundations of the economic security system of the enterprise, we conclude that there is a stable relationship between improving the financial results of the enterprise and strengthening its economic security, which is mainly manifested in improving the financial capabilities of the business entity regarding the financing of measures for its economic security in all its components — financial– intellectual, personnel, technical, technological, institutional-legal, marketing, logistics, information, power, etc. Therefore, the justification of modern effective tools for improving the financial results of the enterprise is an urgent task, the solution of which allows us to form a better management system for the parameters of the economic security of the enterprise.
