Аннотация
Статья посвящена определениям понятий по теме технологий информационного моделирования (ТИМ) в России. На основе имеющихся данных в общемировой и российской практике раскрыты и уточнены некоторые понятия и сделан однозначный вывод о том, что такое среда общих данных, технологии информационного моделирования, информационная модель. Для того, чтобы глубже разобраться в понятии ТИМ, нам следует разобрать понятие “информационная модель”. Понятие “информация” в данной статье разбирать не будем. Достаточно указать на то, что информация существовала и передавалась всегда в устном или письменном виде (на бумаге или в электронном виде). Информация может быть представлена в схемах, текстовых описаниях, таблицах, чертежах, 3D-моделях и т.д. 3D-модель не является современным изобретением. Подобные модели использовались задолго до сегодняшнего дня. Архитекторы и ранее изображали будущие здания в трехмерной проекции и изготавливали уменьшенные модели. В статье мы рассмотрели основные нормативные документы, утверждающие понятия, относящиеся к технологиям информационного моделирования. Полученная информация может быть применена в работе всех специалистов строительной сферы деятельности. Она поможет устранить разночтения и излишние дискуссии вокруг содержания терминов.

Annotation
The article is devoted to the definitions of concepts on the topic of information modeling technologies (IMT) in Russia. Based on the available data in the global and Russian practice, some concepts are disclosed and clarified and an unambiguous conclusion is made about what a common data environment, information modeling technologies, and information model are. In order to understand the concept of TIM even more deeply, we should analyze the concept of “information model”. The concept of “information” will not be analyzed in this article. It suffices to point out that the information has always been and has always been transmitted. If we talk about construction projects, then such information existed both orally, when the customer told the builder what he wants to receive, and in writing, etc. Over time, the form of communication has improved, evolving from oral descriptions to descriptions in writing, on paper, and in electronic form. These descriptions included the entire amount of possible information (diagrams, textual descriptions, tables, drawings, 3D models, etc.). Yes, the 3D model is not a modern invention. Similar models were used long before today. Architects have previously depicted future buildings in three-dimensional projection and made reduced models.
