Аннотация
Устойчивое развитие и стратегическое управление в промышленном комплексе представляют собой темы, актуальность которых постоянно растет. Современный мир сталкивается с множеством вызовов, среди которых проблемы экологии, общественного благосостояния и экономической стабильности занимают особое место. В этом контексте промышленные комплексы играют ключевую роль, ведь от их действий зависит как состояние окружающей среды, так и социально-экономическое развитие общества. Успешное сочетание экономического роста с экологической устойчивостью и социальной ответственностью требует эффективного стратегического управления и поддержания баланса между этими тремя аспектами. Необходимо искать новые подходы и стратегии, которые позволят учесть интересы всех стейкхолдеров и обеспечить долгосрочное процветание. Согласование устойчивого развития со стратегическим управлением требует долгосрочного мышления и планирования, а переход устойчивого развития от операционной задачи к стратегической требует дальновидности и авторитета (Макарян, 2020). Однако устойчивое развитие вряд ли быстро принесет плоды или отразится на балансе в краткосрочной перспективе; таким образом, согласование устойчивости со стратегическим управлением требует сильного сторонника важности устойчивости в долгосрочной перспективе (Макарян, 2020).

Abstract
Sustainable development and strategic management in the industrial complex are topics that are constantly growing in relevance. The modern world faces many challenges, among which the problems of ecology, social welfare and economic stability occupy a special place. In this context, industrial complexes play a key role, because both the state of the environment and the socio-economic development of society depend on their actions. Successfully combining economic growth with environmental sustainability and social responsibility requires effective strategic management and maintaining a balance between these three dimensions. It is necessary to look for new approaches and strategies that will take into account the interests of all stakeholders and ensure long-term prosperity. Aligning sustainable development with strategic management requires long-term thinking and planning, and the transition of sustainable development from an operational to a strategic task requires vision and authority (Makaryan, 2020). However, sustainable development is unlikely to bring quick results or be reflected in the balance sheet in the short term; thus, aligning sustainability with strategic management requires a strong advocate for the importance of sustainability in the long term (Makaryan, 2020).
