In order to improve the personal and professional competencies of university students to choose the trajectories of professional development and employment in an inclusive society, the network of Resource Educational and Methodological Centers (RMC) for teaching disabled and people with disabilities of Russian universities with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation is holding the VI All-Russian network competition of student projects “Professional Tomorrow” with the participation of students with disabilities and HIA.
The objectives of the competition are: increasing motivation for professional development, employment and employment; updating ideas about possible trajectories of professional development based on higher education and creating conditions for their implementation; developing communication and cooperation skills in inclusive teams; developing competitiveness in various types of professional activities; identifying and supporting the best student projects, including those aimed at on the development of inclusion in society; creating conditions for interaction with partners and employers at the federal and regional levels, as well as the opportunity to receive promising professional proposals for the participants of the competition from partners and employers.
The official partners of the competition are federal agencies, platforms, companies: the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Rosmolodezh, Russia – the Land of Opportunities, MTS, etc., as well as regional partners and employers.
Acceptance of competitive works in 2023 is carried out in the following directions and nominations:
Professional tomorrow in the profession (professionally oriented project).
Professional tomorrow in science (scientific article, useful invention).
Professional tomorrow in business (professional startup).
Professional tomorrow in public activity (social project, social advertising).
Professional tomorrow in management (management project).
Mandatory requirement: teams of no more than 3 students, which include students with disabilities.
Stages of implementation:
Preparatory stage: 17.04.2023 – 10.06.2023 — training for the purpose of updating the ideas of university students about the trajectories of professional development, obtaining motivational and educational information, support in the design of a competitive application. Registration for participation in the preparatory stage ends on 30.04.2023.
Correspondence stage: 17.04.2023 – 30.06.2023 — selection of the best competitive works for participation in the intramural stage.
Full-time stage: 10.10.2023 – 13.10.2023 — protection of competitive works.
