On April 19, a webinar from SuperJob “Resume as a VIP pass for an interview” was held as part of a joint meeting of the Career Center “Growth” and the Association of Graduates of MSHEU.
The meeting was held during the implementation of the activities of the federal innovation platform “Methods of training, professional retraining and advanced training of graduates with disabilities “Formation of an individual trajectory of professional development of persons with disabilities in the business environment”. The participants of the webinar were full-time and part-time students of 2-4 courses.
SuperJob career consultant Olga Zenina emphasized the features of a resume for a novice specialist without work experience, as well as the need to form a cover letter. Lola Yakubova, a recruitment specialist at Novikombank, a graduate of MGSEU, noted typical mistakes that students make during the preparation of resumes and passing all stages of the interview.
Summing up the meeting, the moderators in the person of Olga Bronislavovna Repkina, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, and Inna Leontievna Litvinenko, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, gave top 5 tips on compiling an effective resume for novice applicants.
