On November 29, 2018, MGGEU hosted a meeting of the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor’s Office representatives with the students. At the meeting, Oleg Openyshev, Deputy Interregional Transport Prosecutor, 3rd Сlass State Counselor of Justice and Alexander Repetenko, Deputy Moscow-Ryazan Transport Prosecutor presented the report “Adaptation of transport infrastructure for disabled people and specific features of use railway and air transport by persons with disabilities”.
At the meeting, the students provided information about the inaccessibility of certain metro stations and the Moscow Central Circle for the disabled people. As a result MGGEU students and representatives of the Transport Prosecutor’s Office agreed to work together on matters of the rail and air transport accessibility.
