The teaching staff, staff and students of MSHEU congratulate Rector Igor Vasilyevich Mikhalev on his birthday!
Igor Vasilyevich Mikhalev graduated from the Buryat Agricultural Institute in 1986, and in 2019 from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Igor Vasilyevich has 81 educational and scientific publications on his account. He holds the degree of Candidate of Sociological Sciences and the academic title of associate professor in the specialty “Economics and management of the national economy”. He also has awards – the Medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, the Certificate of honor of the Federation Council and other departmental awards.
On September 27, 2022, Igor Vasilyevich Mikhalev was appointed Rector of the Moscow State Humanitarian and Economic University. He was appointed acting Rector of the University in November 2021.
