On November 26, MGGEU hosted the award ceremony for our graduate Kamal Mamedov, who was given the patent “To honor public work in the sphere of disabled persons support and achievement recognition” by our Rector, Professor Vagif Bayramov in the presence of the University Academic Council members.
A documentary “I Believe I Can Fly” directed by M.Ibragimova was presented to the audience in the Assembly Hall. The film which left a lasting impression told a story of Kamal’s dream to paraglide the skies.
Kamal is an inspiration for the Paralympics community not only in Azerbaijan but also in Russia. He has helped many people to believe in themselves.
