On November 20, a practice-oriented seminar-training with elements of the “I am a Leader!” theory was held within the frame of the “Leader” course at the Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics.
The associate professor of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, Litvinenko Inna Leontievna was the author of the training course.
Among the participants of the training “I am the Leader!” were the bachelors of the first, second and third years of training courses in Economics, Management, Law, Applied Informatics, Psychology, Journalism, Linguistics.
The purpose of the training course was to discover and develop the potential of the leader qualities in every participant. Throughout the course, students evaluated the image of a modern leader, taking into account the influence of modern society and the gender aspect, identified the basic attributes of a leader with the assessment of each of the attributes from the perspective of their own personality, addressed issues of leadership and teamwork theories in practice.
As the training results, each participant mapped out growth prospects in developing leading skills for the next five years, which made it possible to form the complex of required knowledge, competences and resources in the future.
