In May, the IX Meeting of Student Scientific Societies (SSS) of the Universities of Moscow and the Moscow Region was held on the basis of the National Research Nuclear University “MEPhI”. The participant from our university was Elizaveta Vasinkina, the chairman of the MSHEU SNO.
The program of the meeting was focused on discussing joint ideas for solving various problems in the implementation of research projects by students. The issues of support for SSS, metrics for evaluating the activities of SSS, interaction with industrial partners and promising areas of interaction between different SSS were touched upon.
Representatives of student scientific societies of various universities not only got acquainted with each other, but also shared their experience, new ideas for the development of student scientific societies in universities.
During the event, the Chairman of the MSHEU SSS established contacts with a number of leading universities and received agreements from the chairmen of student scientific societies of Moscow universities on further cooperation, holding joint conferences.
