The autonomous non-profit organization “Center for the Implementation of Educational, Cultural, Sports and Social Projects “Zvezda” holds the “Universe of Art” competition aimed at supporting the projects of talented artists, designers, IT specialists, as well as the development of digital art and the formation of the creative potential of the IT sphere.
The 100 best works according to the results of the competition will be placed in the new building of the State Tretyakov Gallery.
Citizens of the Russian Federation and CIS countries aged from 14 to 35 years inclusive can become participants of the competition.
