On April 7, 2023, an online meeting with representatives of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan was held under the leadership of the scientific director of MSHEU Valery Vladimirovich Ryazansky. The region’s side was represented by:
Melnikov Yuri Mikhailovich – First Deputy Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Bashkortostan;
Nina G. Vishnevskaya – Head of the Migration Policy Coordination Department of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Bashkortostan;
Ivantsova Galina Aleksandrovna is an adviser to the Migration Policy Coordination Department of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Svetlana Alexandrovna Konstantinova – assistant to the scientific supervisor of MSHEU, PhD, Evgeniya Vasilyevna Savoshikova – coordinator-organizer of the center for interaction with regions, within the framework of a dialogue with representatives of the authorities of the subject of the federation, emphasized the importance of developing the target recruitment system in modern conditions of the functioning of the higher education system and options for implementing the target recruitment with enterprises of the republic. Golovnev Alexander Vyacheslavovich, as coordinator of the Center for interaction with the regions, spoke about the options for implementing the “Career Guidance Roadmap” plan. Evgeniya Vitalievna Egamberdieva revealed the issue of creating career guidance centers on the basis of vocational schools or schools in the region. Issues of further interaction and cooperation with the university were outlined.
